Personal training & rehabilitation
There are two options for personal training clients.
Private sessions are great when you need a little flexibility in regard to training times, or maybe you just don't like strangers.
Group sessions are great for clients with a consistent schedule. We build a group of at least three clients, and we all show up, every week at the set group time(s). Less expensive than private sessions but also less flexible.
